4. Costs: All costs (Accommodation, meals and travel expenses) will have to be paid by the participating organization.
Visa: Please check in time if your delegation needs a visa for the entry to Armenia

6. Awards
ü Gymnasts who takes places from 1st to 3rd will awarded with certificates and medals
ü All participants will awarded with certificates and souvenirs from OC
7. Common demands for delegations:
ü Present 5 difficulty blanks for each composition
ü Present music by CD
ü Each delegation must present one exhibition composition for closing ceremony, the best compositions will award.
8. Applications deadline:
Definitive entry: by 10 May 2014 to the OC
Nominative entry and Travel plan: by 10 June 2014 to the OC
